Royal has 20 years of experience in healthcare. He has built, scaled and exited early stage companies focused on population health.
Royal was previously the CEO and co-founder of Docent Health, an SDOH-focused business that provided health systems with tech-enabled community health workers. He's most proud of the work he led at Docent Health to reduce racial disparities in maternal child health, a program that was recognized by the White House for its impact on maternal health equity.

Product
Eshed is a seasoned product leader and entrepreneur who has built and managed product and engineering teams. Eshed previously led product for UniteUs. He was the inventor and a key contributor to more than 20 products, many of which were the first of their kind.
Eshed loves challenging the word “impossible” and is amazed time and again with the pace and extent of change in people’s daily lives brought about by technological innovations.
Quekan Anike Ibidunni

Quekan Anike brings over a decade of experience in healthcare management. With expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and health equity, Quekan Anike has successfully driven the implementation of integrated care programs and advanced technologies to enhance patient outcomes.
She has held impactful roles Humana, Healthify (now WellSky Social Care Integration), and Socially Determined, where she developed and scaled solutions addressing social determinants of health.
Darrik Erikstrup

Darrik is an experienced healthcare leader. Throughout his career, he has taken a 'member centric' approach to developing and executing benefit programs for our nation’s most vulnerable populations.
Previously, Darrik has held leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare, Bright Healthcare, NationsBenefits and GA Foods. He is an expert on consumer experience and client success, and prides himself on bringing meaningful solutions to those who need them most.
Megan Greiner

Megan is an accomplished professional with a strong background in strategy and operations at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
Previously, Megan served as Lead for Strategy & Operations at Tenure Health, where she led commercialization and partnership strategy. She has held various positions at Optum’s Analytics practice including consulting, partnerships, and data science.
